Delete Your Account
Request deletion of your Layers account and personal data.
Self-service account deletion is not currently available in the app. To delete your personal account or request deletion of personal data under GDPR / CCPA / CPRA, contact support or file a request via the DSAR portal.
What deletion removes
Once processed, deletion removes:
- Your personal profile (name, email, avatar, phone).
- Your linked OAuth identities.
- Your active sessions.
What deletion does NOT remove
- Organizations you own. You must transfer ownership or delete the organization first. Organization deletion has its own process — see Delete an organization.
- Content generated under an organization remains with the organization (it would be unsafe to retroactively pull content from running ads or scheduled posts).
- Audit and billing records required for legal and tax compliance are retained with your identifier redacted where possible.
