Delete an Organization

Self-service organization deletion is not currently available in the app. If you need to wind down an organization, contact Layers support.

Before requesting deletion, plan for:

• Archiving or winding down active projects (scheduled posts, active campaigns, connected integrations).
• Withdrawing or zeroing out any remaining wallet balance.
• Revoking API keys and disconnecting third-party integrations.
• Exporting any data you need to keep.

What gets deleted

When Layers processes a deletion:

• Projects, layer configurations, and API keys owned by the organization.
• Organization-scoped connections (social accounts, ad-account partnerships).
• Members' organization-level access (their personal accounts remain).

What persists

• Content already published to third-party platforms (Meta, TikTok, etc.) remains on those platforms — Layers cannot pull it back.
• Invoices and billing records are retained for tax / legal compliance.
