Wallet
Top up prepaid credits and manage auto-reload.
The wallet is the organization's prepaid balance for generation credits and agent-managed ad spend reservations. Find it at Org → Wallet.
Top up
- Click Add funds.
- Pick a preset package ($50 / $100 / $250) or enter a custom amount.
- Stripe checkout confirms the payment.
A flat platform fee (currently 5%) is added to the base amount at checkout. The fee covers payment processing and is shown on the checkout page and invoice. Example: funding $100 charges $105 total — you receive $100 of wallet balance.
Payment is card-only via Stripe checkout. Your card is saved as a payment method for future top-ups and auto-reload.
Auto-reload
Auto-reload keeps the wallet above a floor without manual intervention:
- Threshold — auto-reload fires when the available balance drops below this.
- Amount — how much to add each time.
Auto-reload charges the saved default payment method.
Reservations
Each time a layer schedules an activity that draws from the wallet (such as managed ads or recurring generation), that amount is reserved so other activities can't spend the same credits. You'll see active reservations in the wallet page alongside your balance.
Audit
Every wallet action (deposit, reservation, consumption, refund) is recorded in the credit event log — see Credit history.
