Sign Up
Create a Layers account with email/password, Google, or GitHub.
Visit layers.com and click Sign up, or go directly to
/auth/signup. You can sign up with:
- Email + password — email confirmation is sent after sign-up.
- Google — pulls profile picture and name.
- GitHub — recommended for engineers; pulls profile picture and name.
Apple sign-in is not currently supported.
Form fields

| Password | Yes | Minimum 8 characters with at least one lowercase, uppercase, number, and special character. |

Closed beta
Layers is in closed beta. If your account is created but your organization has not been activated yet, you'll land on the closed-beta gate where you can wait for activation or redeem a gift link if you received one. See Redeem a gift link.

After a successful sign-up:
- Confirm your email from the confirmation message in your inbox.
- Complete your profile.
- Create a new organization or wait for activation if you were added to an existing one.
- Create your first project.
