The inspiration tab at /project/{projectId}/content/inspiration shows trending content from your category and from competitors you've named. Powered by SIFT.

What's in here

• Trending in your category — top-performing posts from accounts Layers identified as similar to yours.
• Competitor watch — feed of posts from accounts you've added as competitors.
• Your own back catalog — your top-performing past posts.

Filters

• Platform (TikTok, Instagram).
• Date range (last 24h, 7d, 30d).
• Format (video, carousel, static).
• Search by keyword.

Card view

Each card shows:

• Thumbnail / preview.
• Account handle, view count, engagement count.
• Detected hooks and themes.
• "Remix for me" button.

Click any card to open the detail view with full video preview, caption analysis, and pacing notes.

Remix for me

Click Remix for me on any inspiration card. Layers:

1. Studies the post's hook structure, pacing, and theme.
2. Generates a brand-aligned variant — same structure, your voice, your products.
3. Drops the result into the generated content tab for review.

This is the fastest way to react to a trend.

Save for later

Bookmark inspiration cards for later. The saved list is per-project, shared with all Project members.

Seeding the feed

Layers surfaces trending content from accounts SIFT has identified as similar to yours. There is no separate "Competitors" field on a project today — the feed is driven by SIFT's discovery graph plus whatever third-party accounts are attached via SideShift or managed distribution.
