Layers

Per-Client Reporting (Agencies)

Separating spend, campaigns, and reports by client so invoicing is trivial.

View as Markdown

For agency Orgs with one Project per client, Layers makes per-client reporting trivial.

Project-scoped dashboards

Everything at /project/{projectId}/... is already scoped to one client. The dashboard shows that client's spend, performance, creative library.

Cross-project agency rollup

At the Org level (/organizations/{orgId}/projects), Org Admins see a portfolio view — all Projects with their KPIs in one table. Agency staff use this for top-of-morning health checks across the book.

Client-facing transparency

Invite each client as Project Viewer on their Project. They see:

  • Their own dashboards (read-only).
  • Their own creative library.
  • Their own reports.

They do NOT see:

  • Other clients' Projects.
  • Org-level billing.
  • Your audit log.

Offboarding

When a client leaves, run a full Project export (CSV + assets) and archive the Project. See Delete a Project and DSAR / export.
