# Forgot Password (/docs/account/forgot-password)



If you can't sign in, request a reset email at `/auth/forgot-password`:

1. Enter the email associated with your account.
2. Click **Send reset link**.
3. Check your inbox (and spam).
4. Click the link in the email to open the
   [reset password page](/docs/account/reset-password) and choose a new
   password.

Reset links are single-use and time-bound.

## Troubleshooting [#troubleshooting]

* **No email arrived** — check spam, then try again. If still nothing, your
  email may not be associated with an account; sign up instead.
* **Link expired / already used** — request a new one.
